Freeze Policy:

Members may freeze their membership for up to 3 months.
A freeze form must be completed and submitted 7 days prior to the next scheduled payment.
Automatic payments will resume on the chosen return date.
- No refunds will be issued if payment is processed on the chosen return date, even if the member is not ready to return.
Freeze requests longer than 3 months will result in membership closure. To rejoin, members must pay the new registration fee and adhere to current membership rates.
