No Cancellations While on Hold:
Cancellations cannot occur while your membership is on hold. Depending on your membership type, you will need to:
Resume your membership, then provide 30 days’ notice (for flexible memberships), or
Resume your membership, then follow the contract cancellation terms and conditions in your agreement
Holds are Not Backdated: Your hold will begin from the date specified in this form (with 7 days’ notice), not from the date you submit the request.
