Membership Hold Request
Life happens — holidays, injuries, work trips, school breaks — we get it. That’s why we offer the option to place your membership on hold. Here’s how it works:
Your Membership Will Automatically Reactivate: Your membership will automatically resume from the return date you provide below. There’s no need to contact us — it’ll switch back on as scheduled.
Need More Time? If you'd like to extend your hold, you'll need to submit a new form, giving us another 7 days’ notice
No Cancellations While on Hold:
Cancellations cannot occur while your membership is on hold. Depending on your membership type, you will need to:
Resume your membership, then provide 30 days’ notice (for flexible memberships), or
Resume your membership, then follow the contract cancellation terms and conditions in your agreement
Holds are Not Backdated: Your hold will begin from the date specified in this form (with 7 days’ notice), not from the date you submit the request.
By submitting this form, you agree to the terms above and understand that your membership will automatically resume at the end of the hold period unless otherwise extended with another request.
