MEMBERSHIP HOLD

Your rights at Valeo include the option to put a pause on your membership agreement for up to 60 days per contract year for a fee of $30 every 30 days. This holds your spot in the calendar and bumps out your membership dates by the allotted time you request.

*Holds for medical reasons are FREE. We may request you provide a note from your practioner stating you are unable to exercise or have a modified program made for you.

A charge of $30 every 30 days will come out of your gym account for General Holds (no fee for Medical Holds)
And that your membership agreement AND payment dates will be bumped out according to the length of time you are on Hold. This means you will not lose any coaching services and are still liable for all of your membership payments.
