To keep this program personalized and high-quality, we're offering a few potential groups time blocks to choose from. These are NOT all guaranteed to open—final groups will be based 100% on demand. The more availability options you select, the higher your chance of securing a spot in the program and getting matched with your WERK SQUAD. For example, if you want an 8 AM time, it’s smart to select both Monday/Thursday and Tuesday/Friday options—that way we have more flexibility to place you into a group. We're only opening 2–3 groups total (12–18 spots max)—so this is your chance to let us know what works best for you BEFORE groups fill up. Once all applications are in, we’ll finalize the schedule and assign you to your WERK SQUAD based on your selected preferences and overall demand. Please select your availability below:

Beginner. You haven’t been working out consistently for the past year OR you’re new to strength training. You might feel a bit lost when it comes to weights.

Intermediate. You’ve been working out regularly (2–4x per week) for 1-4 years, have dabbled in strength training or group fitness with weights—but still have room to learn and refine your lifting skills.

Advanced. You’ve been lifting weights consistently (3–4x per week) for 5+ years, feel confident with proper form, and have followed structured strength programs on your own.

Have you had experience with weightlifting/strength training specifically? Again, there is no right or wrong answer here! *

Yes. You’ve consistently lifted weights or followed a structured strength program for a year or more. You've done exercises like barbell squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts, &/or bench press.

No. You’re brand new to strength training or haven’t touched weights in a long time.
